The cultivation of mindful awareness has been central to the Buddha’s teachings on the liberation of the heart and mind from suffering for 2600 years. Recent innovations in the field of Mindfulness-based applications have harnessed these teachings and practices with remarkable results, notably in the treatment of depression and stress reduction. Guided by very experienced practitioners, this workshop will give participants the opportunity to experience mindfulness for themselves.  Please bring a blanket – cushions supplied.
