Return to classroom review

As the UK government’s roadmap is currently progressing on track, we have contacted students regarding the planned return to face-to-face training.

At present, we are still unable to provide a date for a return to the classroom for our attendance-based courses. To date, the government has prioritised the return of students who are studying practical or practice-based subjects and require specialist equipment and facilities.

We are awaiting a government review on the return of remaining students to adult and higher education – this is expected by the end of the Easter holidays and the government has said its review will take account of the latest data.

Once this information has been published, we will be in touch with students to update them. Should we be able to return to face-to-face study, we will provide a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice.

We will be in touch with students directly as soon as possible once this information has been made available.

Students can keep an eye on the virtual notice board on the Heartwood Office on the HOP for the latest Heartwood news here (you will need to log in if you haven’t already).
